RAS LAFFAN, QATAR

AMEC was awarded the complete testing and pre-commissioning of Electrical Equipments In OSS200 / FAR 7 Substation, ETP Project – Shell Pearl GTL Plant. This included control & protection panels for Indication / Wiring Checks, Continuity Test, Line/Zone Protection, Feeder Control, Tap changer Control, Battery Management System, UPS, Interface Relay Panel, Marshalling Panel, Metering Panels, E.N.M.C. Panels, Motor Protection Panels, VSD Panels, Filtering panels, etc.

We also handled AC/DC Distribution Boards, Telecom Panels, 110V UPS Panel & Batteries, Neutral Earthing Resistor, HV/MV Cables, Motor Starters & Variable Speed Drives.

Furthermore, AMEC successfully executed turnkey testing and pre-commissioning of various transformers ranging from 1250kVA to 20MVA for the stations in Ras Laffan, Qatar.

AMEC was awarded to carry out complete commissioning tests on power transformers at Abdoun substation of all their 80MVA 132/33kV transformers

Doosan Heavy Industries & Const. Co.

Barka, OMAN

Turnkey Project – Doosan Heavy industries & Const. Co. awarded the entire pre-commissioning testing of Barka Power Plant Phase – II to AMEC. The transformers rated 160/180/200MVA & 225/15.75 kV were tested and commissioned by our engineers.

EMAL Smelter Plant

Taweelah, Abu Dhabi

Turnkey Project – AMEC was awarded the pre-commissioning and specialized testing of power transformers in the smelter complex of EMAL.
